Tour de France 2024 all stages

Tour de France 2024 will be held betwee 29 June and 21 July 2024. For the first time in its history the race will start from Italy. Also, for the firts time in ist history, it won’t finish in Paris. More information about the next edition of Tour de France will be revealed on the 25th of October 2023. Let’s wait together for the presentation!

I really wish there was somewhere a coloured picture of three cyclists wearing yellow jersey at the same time. A unique situation that would deserve a visual representation. But unfortunatelly, there are only few pictures about Tour de France 1929 out there. Nevertheless, this particular edition of Tour de France was notable also for another reason. Plateau de Beille, located in the Pyrenees, is a realtively newcomer in the world of Tour de France climbs. It was introduced to the race in 1998, the first rider on the top was Marco Pantani. Every time Tour de France started abroad

Tour de France 2024 will start in Florence (Italy). Although the race visited neigbour countries before the First World War already, the tradition of starting the first stage of Tour de France abroad dated back to 1954  only, when the Grand Départ took place in Amsterdam (Netherland) One of the most uniqe occasions was the big start in 1987, when peloton visited West Berlin. Also, Yorkshire 2014 is still considered one of the most successful Grand Départs of recent time.
